Premium Support Service

Running a company requires compliance by you with a number of statutory obligations. What appears to be routine can be fraught with problems or is often sidelined and forgotten.

Our company administration specialists will ensure that your company´s statutory requirements are met, on time, in full and to a high degree of accuracy.

Our Premium Support Service comprises a wide range of support services which can be tailored to your specific requirements, including:

  • Providing a registered office address either in the cantones Zurich, Schwyz or Zug
  • Maintaining and updating all company records and registers
  • Issuing shares or share certificates
  • Handling all transfer formalities on a change of ownership, change of board members, directors or signatories
  • Sending timely reminders to hold the required shareholders and board meetings and to prepare the annual report and statutory accounts
  • Dealing with any correspondence and telephone enquiries received from the Commercial Registry in relation to your business

Each company is allocated a company administrator, who, for an additional fee, also assists with a range of ad-hoc services such as opening of bank accounts, notarisation and legalisation of documents (changes of constitution), share capital changes or could act as a company secretary, if desired.

Price

The annual subscription fee of our Premium Support Service is CHF 1,950. Any additional ad-hoc work carried out on request by the dedicated company administrator is charged separately on time-spent basis, applying an hourly rate of CHF 190.
